Maxus Properties, Inc., a Missouri Corporation, specializes in property management for affiliated owners and third parties. Located in North Kansas City, Missouri, Maxus employs over 300 people to manage forty-four multifamily housing apartments, seven commercial properties and one industrial/warehouse property. The portfolio consists of more than 9,060 apartment units and 701,238 square feet of retail/office and warehouse space located in nine states.
Maxus also provides day-to-day management for a REIT, Maxus Realty Trust, Inc. (symbol: MRTI.pk) and several public partnerships.
